Popular Welding Products Now Available at the Miller Online Store

Miller has announced the launch of its Miller Online Store, offering an engaging, customer-friendly shopping experience for the DIY segment. Some of the most popular Miller welding and cutting products and accessories will now be available for purchase at store.MillerWelds.com.

Products featured in the Miller Online Store are designed for home hobbyists, metal artists and auto enthusiasts and include the Millermatic® AutoSet™ MIG welders, Diversion™ TIG welders and Spectrum® X-TREME™ Plasma cutters. Also available for purchase are auto-darkening helmets, safety apparel and other accessories such as gun and helmet consumables. Those looking for industrial products can review product pages on MillerWelds.com or visit a local distributor location for more information.

A Miller online survey reveals the majority of site visitors would prefer to purchase their welding products at a physical welding store, however, 21 percent of personal users would prefer to buy welding equipment online, and 26 percent would prefer to buy welding accessories online. In general, more customers are beginning to seek the convenience of buying online.

“The Miller Online Store is driven by what the personal user wants. Like the internet itself, Miller must evolve to continue to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations,” said Sue Feldkamp Director of Interactive Marketing for Miller Electric Mfg. Co. “Miller recognizes the valued service, expertise and broad product offering our local distributors offer, and this new collaboration will work to better serve the customer who seeks the convenience of buying online.”

The Miller Online Store will offer a premium purchase experience and total customer support while adding convenience and shopper confidence in product selection. This means clear product descriptions, fast delivery, local support and personal help.

Features and benefits include, but are not limited to:

  • Robust information including product descriptions and visuals for hundreds of items
  • Home delivery or free shipping with in-store pickup; products normally ship within 1-2 business days and expedited shipping options are available
  • Online ordering convenience with local care – by partnering with our traditional distribution channel, we can offer in-store pickup, after-sale support and simple returns
  • Trained staff available to answer questions and provide recommendations via a toll-free number or live chat feature (7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central)
